Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of CamiloAPI, an API management, gateway, routing, and orchestration service.
Private access
CamiloAPI does not provide public registration through this website. Access may be provisioned privately and may be governed by additional written service terms.
Third-party providers
You may connect provider accounts you own. You remain responsible for third-party charges, account security, usage policies, data-processing terms, rate limits, compliance requirements, and all activity performed through those accounts. Provider usage is not included unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
Stripe API and other examples
References to Stripe API, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Resend, SendGrid, Postmark, Twilio, Apify, Firecrawl, or other providers illustrate intended integrations. They do not promise that every provider, endpoint, operation, routing combination, or adapter is available to every account.
Routing, fallback, and estimates
Smart Routing and automatic fallback cannot guarantee successful completion, continuous availability, lower costs, or compatibility. Estimated cost and usage values are informational estimates, not provider invoices.
Account and key security
You are responsible for credentials, CamiloAPI keys, provider keys, access controls, and activity under your account. Do not place server keys in public client-side code.
Acceptable use
You may not engage in credential theft, unauthorized access, malware, spam, fraud, illegal activity, security circumvention, service interference, abusive traffic, or violations of provider terms.
Availability
CamiloAPI and connected providers may be unavailable due to maintenance, errors, networks, provider outages, rate limits, security incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Third-party availability is not guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use, security risk, abuse, nonpayment under applicable agreements, provider-policy violations, or breach of these Terms.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” CamiloAPI and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, third-party provider charges, lost data, failed requests, or business interruption to the maximum extent permitted by law.
