CamiloAPI may process account and contact information, application metadata, provider configuration, encrypted credentials, request metadata, logs, usage metrics, IP/device/security information, and billing-related information where applicable.

Provider credentials

Provider secrets should be encrypted before storage and never displayed again in full. Do not send credentials through public contact forms or email.

API request processing

Requests may be transmitted to the provider selected explicitly or by routing configuration. Those providers process information under their own policies and terms.

Logs and payloads

CamiloAPI should avoid retaining unnecessary payload content and redact authorization headers, passwords, API keys, session tokens, and other secrets. Actual logging and retention depend on enabled account functionality.

Uses

Information may be used to authenticate users and applications, operate routing and fallback, enforce limits, provide logs and usage views, estimate costs, maintain security, troubleshoot, communicate, and comply with legal obligations.

Data protection and retention

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards should be used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Data may be retained as needed to operate the service, secure accounts, fulfill agreements, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Third parties

Hosting, email, infrastructure, monitoring, payment, and enabled API providers may process relevant information under their respective terms and policies.
